As an answer to this question, I’m offering a series of workshops to bring new clarity, dedication, and productivity to your team.  These workshops introduce and explore Novus Global coaching tools that have created exciting results for businesses and leaders all over the globe.  

Culture Reboot Workshop 1: Vision Alignment

An ancient proverb states: without a vision, the people perish. This rings true in the workplace. When a team is unfocused and unmotivated, my first question is: Does everyone know the specific vision for the next quarter, and the next four? Is that vision clear, measurable, exciting, and daunting? Does everyone know their role in the vision, and have their own measurable and challenging goals? If the answer to each of these questions is “no” or “I don’t know” your team is likely wandering in the desert instead of making excellent time toward a destination.

A team without a vision is like an orchestra playing without sheet music, or a sports team with no awareness of the goal line. They will only make music or score a point by blind luck or complete reliance on the conductor/coach.

This interactive, playful, and practical workshop will lead your team through thought exercises designed to create clarity and alignment around an expanded vision for team and personal success.

Culture Reboot Workshop 2:
Leveraging Community Complaints

Now that we know where we are going (the vision), how do we get there? This workshop explores the ways in which common and often well-worn complaints act as flashlights that help illuminate a clear pathway to the vision.  Individually, and as a group, you will examine recurring complaints, the gold for your vision that is hiding inside them, and the ways that they can upgrade your team’s strategy when combined with ownership.

The Power of Giving and Receiving Feedback

What would change if every person on your team was actively seeking input on the ways in which they could upgrade their performance, leadership, communication, and support for the sake of the vision of the team and their own vision for their work.  What if we didn’t dread feedback, but persistently asked for it, all of it, even the data that might be uncomfortable? 

This highly-rated workshop (a frequent favorite) unpacks the value of feedback, the ways that it shifts an organization from operating in a state of disempowerment to one of empowerment, and explains why feedback is your best friend if you are truly interested in growth. You will be introduced to a step-by-step process for giving and receiving feedback effectively, a critical—but often overlooked—component of a healthy team.
